       The third issue was put out in the third quarter of 1999 and was 28 pages.  The front cover featured a snorkel from Blossburg Fire Company (Tioga County).  The 1965 Ford/Pitman/Pierce 65′ snorkel was purchased used, most likely from New York somewhere.  It was eventually sold in 2006.
