VOLUME  5  –  ISSUE  1

       The first issue of Volume 5 was published in the Winter of 2003. It was 28 pages.  The front cover featured an engine from the Highland Park Fire Company (Mifflin County).  This impressive, all black rig is a 2002 E-One Typhoon with a 1500 gpm pump and 750 gallon water tank.  When Highland Park received their new KME engine, this rig was sold to Laflin (Luzerne County).
