VOLUME  5 –  ISSUE  3

       The third issue of Volume 5 was published in the Summer of 2003. It was 20 pages.  The front cover featured the apparatus of the Scandia Fire Department (Warren County) in front of their station. This was the first time we had a photo on the cover with multiple apparatus.
