VOLUME  5 –  ISSUE  4

       The fourth issue of Volume 5 was published in the Fall of 2003. It was 16 pages.  The front cover featured a 1980 American LaFrance Century engine painted white over chrome yellow.  This beast pumped 1500 gpm and held 750 gallons of water.  It was later sold to a department in Argentina in 2006, from what I was told.
