VOLUME 6 – ISSUE 3
The third issue of Volume 6 was published in the Summer of 2004. It was 20 pages. The front cover featured a very unusual tanker. Tanker 23 was obtained from the state DCNR program which obtained it from the Fort Indiantown Gap. It is a 1989 Oshkosh M878 8×8 that has a 3000 gallon tank and a small 250 gpm pump. It is striking in its white over orange livery.
