We started this endeavor back in 1999. Volume 6 was for the year 2004.   We averaged 20 pages per issue this year.  But advertisers were minimal, the way we wanted it, but with the subscriptions not gaining too much traction, it was difficult at times.  Still a lot of great content from my great contributors.
