We started this endeavor back in 1999. Volume 6 was for the year 2004.   We had 4 issues and averaged 20 pages per issue this year.  I was still undergoing treatment which hampered the amount of information.  It took more out of me than I expected.  But also advertisers were minimal, the way we wanted it, but with the subscriptions not gaining too much traction, it was difficult at times.  Still a lot of great content from my great contributors.
